Improving work experiences
+ -We do research on work space utilization and employee experience to improve internal work processes and the interplay between space and collaboration. We use participatory qualitative research and consultative observation of in-project work processes. We analyze discrete work elements like culture, collaboration methods, usability of tools,and how work is managed. The result of our research are visual insights, models and roadmaps to drive employee experience (EX) improvement and organizational change.
Activating work spaces
+ -We design and activate spaces for offices, coworking, learning, making and research to ensure efficiency of collaborative processes and smart space utilization. Starting from field research, we involve users and providers in the spatial mapping and prototyping of experiential journeys and use-cases of the space, rehearsing interactions with the space to extend long term. The design of the space and its activation inform a pilot period and operational guides, in form of documentation and training, to run and maintain the space and its facilitated interactions with the community.
Facilitating innovative ways of working
+ -We design innovation capacity programs for teams and organizations, by introducing tailored design-driven methods via pilot projects. We work closely with teams to experiment and ensure adoption of their new way of working. Our innovation programs allow teams to move their projects from idea to implementation while building the necessary organizational structure and workplace. In large organizations are functional to start new design teams or departments and improve their existing capacity to deliver projects.
Evaluating how you work
+ -We build processes and tools to evaluate the evolution of a workspace, its performances in satisfying users needs, and the quality and effectiveness of collaboration processes of their teams in space and digitally. Through a screening of the user experience of your workplace, we define measurable elements and evaluation criteria of space usage. The evaluation system allows to take informed decisions on processes redesign and changes of workplace settings.
Understanding the future of work
+ -We constantly create research activities in the form of workshops, reports and presentations on the Future of Work. We collect and merge insights from our industry experience and academic activities, to translate them into immersive and interactive experiences of co-creation and knowledge sharing. Our content is useful for organization to shape future oriented mindsets and directly apply innovation principles in their next projects.
